Sealed tenders are
invited for the above job from the authorized agents of manufacturers /
suppliers enlisted with Pak. PWD, Provincial PWDs, M.E.S, Quasi Government
Body, State Bank of Pakistan
or any other reputed organization and have completed similar nature works. The
suppliers should be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments.
The Tender documents
can be had from the office of the undersigned against cash payment of Rs.
1000/- (Non refundable) during office hours on any working day.
The amount of Earnest
Money for the job is 2% of the quoted amount payable in the executed during the
last five years and the details of similar works presently in hand supported
with documentary evidences.
Tenders along with the
requisite documents and Earnest Money should reach the undersigned on or before
the 3rd March, 2010 at 11:00 AM. The tenders will be opened on the
same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of those contractors/ contracting firms
who may like to be present.
Incomplete, conditional
and tenders with out Earnest Money shall not be considered.
Work order for
commencement of the work will be issued to the successful contractor /
contracting firm after execution of agreement on the standard format of the
Bank.
